Reza Shah, Managing Director
Reza is a senior quality and welding engineer with more than 25 years of experience across bridge infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, pressure vessels, power generation, heavy fabrication and construction.
His career includes senior QA/QC, welding engineering and structural integrity responsibilities, fatigue-repair work on the West Gate Bridge, and quality leadership across 42 major EPC and manufacturing projects. At AEI Global, that experience informs a company-wide commitment to professionalism, safety, technical rigour and client service.
